Fd2 Terms & Conditions for Platform Use
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using the fd2 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the provisions stated below.
Effective date: January 1, 2026. These terms apply to all fd2 platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the fd2 platform via the website fd2.app or our mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the fd2 platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and fd2 as the platform operator. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. fd2 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and suspend accounts that cannot confirm the age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed to register only one active account on fd2. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts without notice. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and valid payment details.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. fd2 is not liable for any losses due to unauthorized use of your account caused by your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Regulations
Fd2 platform users agree not to engage in any illegal activities, disrupt platform operations, or negatively impact other users' experience. This includes but is not limited to: using automated software or bots to access the platform, attempting to hack or exploit systems, identity fraud, or providing false information during registration or transactions.
Users are also prohibited from using the fd2 platform for any money laundering or illicit fund transfer activities. Any suspected fraudulent financial activity will be reported to relevant authorities under applicable Malaysian laws.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the fd2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX from major Malaysian banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), Touch'n Go eWallet, and other online bank transfers listed on the platform. fd2 does not accept deposits through unsupported or unverified channels.
All deposits are final once credited to your account. Requests to cancel deposits after approval will not be entertained. For withdrawals, the bank account holder’s name must match the name registered on your fd2 profile. Name mismatches are the main cause of withdrawal delays or rejections.
Fd2 may require identity verification documents (such as copies of identification cards or bank statements) before processing withdrawals as a standard security measure. Typical withdrawal processing times are between one to three business days depending on the chosen method and required verification.
5. Liability Limits & Disclaimers
The fd2 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or continuity of service. fd2 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses suffered by users due to technical disruptions, system failures, or events beyond our control including internet outages or infrastructure failures.
Fd2's total liability to any user under any circumstance will not exceed the amount deposited by that user during the thirty days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim. Users agree that using this platform is at their own risk and fd2 does not guarantee any specific outcome from betting or gaming activities.
6. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Fd2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time with or without prior notice for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at the sole discretion of platform management.
Users whose accounts are suspended due to identity verification issues will be given a reasonable period to submit the required documents. If verification is not completed within that timeframe, the account may be permanently closed and any remaining balance returned after all checks are finalized.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software on the fd2 platform are the exclusive property of fd2 or its licensors, protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform elements without prior written permission from fd2.
Use of fd2’s trade names, trademarks, or logos for commercial or personal purposes without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
The fd2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. fd2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party links is entirely at the user’s risk.
Fd2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of fd2 services after such updates are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from use of this platform.
